Shipping Policies

All in-stock items are shipped UPS Ground, insured,  within 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at time of order.  State tax applicable to Illinois residents.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 15 days of purchase, for exchange or credit, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a satisfied customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can exchange it for the correct product for you. The product must be in new condition in the original packaging to be accepted.  A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so for your Return Authorization Number.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier. CookStorePro.com will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer as the shipping claim is resolved.

Privacy Statement
